By submitting this opt-out request, you are directing us to limit this sharing.
How We Process Your Request
Upon receiving a verified opt-out request, we will:
- Process your request within 45 days (with a possible extension of an additional 45 days with notice).
- Exclude your personal information from future data sharing arrangements not required to service you.
- Notify you when your request has been fulfilled.
